Machine Learning Engineer Role Overview

Job Description

This is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer position within our AI Group, responsible for developing and deploying conversational AI platforms. You will work on fine-tuning LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a scalable conversational AI platform designed to serve diverse use cases without custom implementations.
  • Fine-tuning LLM-based models to enhance performance, efficiency, and user engagement.
  • Contributing to platform engineering across ML and backend systems.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Machine Learning Engineers with a strong bias for action and a product-minded approach to engineering. The ideal candidate has deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products, particularly in conversational AI.

  • Deep expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and product development.
  • Experience working with large language models and conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features.
