Conversational AI Analyst

This role involves working on Conversational AI solutions, developing conversational experiences, and collaborating with various departments to meet project requirements.

We are seeking a talented individual who can analyze/curate conversational data, define scope and solution performance, and work well independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn principles of human-centricity, sample dialogue, flowchart design, wizard-of-oz testing, and long-tail design.
  • Design, develop, and test conversations based on project goals.
  • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, IT, or other departments to discuss requirements for the Virtual Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Australia work authorisation (required).

Desired Background and Experience:

  • Graduate in linguistics, language technologies, literature, copyrighting/content writing, UX designing, or related field.
  • Excellent academic records.
  • Some experience in business analysis preferred.
  • Advanced command of English.
