Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Visionary, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end journeys that make AI feel intuitive, magical, and useful.

You will design and build conversational AI platforms that serve diverse use cases without custom implementations. Additionally, you will fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create scalable and flexible conversational AI platforms
  • Evaluate and fine-tune LLM-based models
  • Contribute to platform engineering across ML and backend systems
  • Explore integrations with industry-standard tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI features
  • Mentor other engineers to lift quality and excellence
Requirements
  • A strong bias for action and product-minded approach to engineering
  • The ability to work hands-on with software engineers and solve complex problems
  • Deep experience building and deploying ML-powered products in conversational AI
  • A passion for influencing roadmap decisions and thriving in ambiguous environments
  • A commitment to keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI space and experimenting with emerging techniques
