Meet the Finance Team

The Finance Team at LEAP is a dynamic group of resilient and quick-thinking professionals ensuring our growth is strategic and sustainable. A finance career here goes beyond balancing figures; it's about providing financial leadership and management that drives our growth and that of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record, evaluate, and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends, and areas of improvement, enhancing LEAP's performance.
  • Utilize our Salesforce technology stack, including Zuora, NetSuite, and Tableau, to streamline revenue operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within SaaS or another subscription revenue business, with a track record of optimizing revenue processes and systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing systems (Zuora), and other revenue-related software.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions, while being adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
