Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you'll help streamline our revenue operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing data, insights, and tools to our teams, making them more efficient.
You'll build tools and iterate on processes around the commercial teams, making data accessible and easy to understand for Sales and Marketing to make informed decisions. With opportunities to refine our data, seek out new data sources, and implement solutions to enhance insights, you'll be a driving force behind our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related systems and databases.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights, develop dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time business performance and market trends analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and systems.
- Recommend best practices and standard operating procedures for revenue operations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within SaaS or another subscription revenue business.
- A track record of optimizing revenue processes and systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, BI tools).
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing systems (Zuora), and other revenue-related software.
