Revenue Clerk Job Description

Talent International is currently seeking a skilled Revenue Clerk to join our team in Gladesville, NSW. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $34.59 + Super.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Assist in managing the revenue collection process, including non-patient billing, in accordance with client policies and procedures.
  • Offer administrative and clerical support, maintaining accurate records as per client directives.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports to support business operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service.
  • Participate in team-building and culture improvement initiatives within Revenue Operations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in stressful and emotional situations.
  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to input data into the Ambulance Patient Health Care Records System with accuracy and promptness.
  • Proficiency in using a range of computer hardware, software, and electronic systems.
  • Well-developed Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience in accounts receivable roles.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to use initiative to make sound decisions.
