Site Operations Manager Job

We have an exciting opportunity to manage a new service team at our renewable energy facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a small team to ensure they meet site requirements, including training and compliance.
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements are met.
  • Coordinate work schedules, performance management, daily meetings, weekly check-ins, and contractor management.
  • Achieve facility performance standards and maintain a good working relationship with customers and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising teams.
  • Experience in long-term planning of works on a busy site.
  • Familiarity with asset maintenance operations and lean principles.
