Site Operations Manager

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful mobilization, execution, and completion of projects at our customer sites.
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including planning, organization, and resource management. This includes:
- Developing and implementing site-specific plans to meet project objectives;
- Managing site administration, logistics, and personnel;
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards;
- Conducting regular site inductions and training programs for all personnel;
- Leading site meetings and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on site progress and performance;
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
- Managing site budgets and controlling costs;
- Participating in local procurement activities and subcontractor selection;
- Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution;
- Overseeing site demobilization and finalizing handovers to customers;
