Site Operations Lead

A highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Lead is required to lead a successful site maintenance team in a fast-paced poultry processing plant environment. The role involves overseeing the management of budgets, scheduling and fixing onsite problems, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and the site’s preventative maintenance program.

The Role:

This full-time position requires someone with high-end people management skills and experience in leading a maintenance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing expenditure and optimizing budget allocation
  • Scheduling and resolving onsite issues efficiently
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and managing the site's preventative maintenance program

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
