About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead and direct site teams, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage scope of works
  • Lead multiple crews
  • Procure materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, legislation, and regulations
  • Manage subcontractors

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, ability to problem solve, and experience working with apprentices and trainees.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working on road lighting projects
  • Knowledge of BCC, TMR & Energex Standards
  • Ability to run own crews with support from a project manager
  • Problem solving skills
  • Leadership experience with apprentices and trainees
