Operations & Maintenance Leadership Role
The Operations and Maintenance Superintendent will lead a team of Supervisors and Trades and Operators in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of various assets and sites throughout the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing the delivery of operations and maintenance services in line with business plans. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of asset management plans.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries, with significant leadership and management experience. Relevant trade qualifications (mechanical/electrical) within Fuel Operations are highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead a team of Supervisors and approximately Trades and Operators to achieve operational excellence
Manage the delivery of Operations and Maintenance in line with business plan and strategies
Collaborate with other teams to drive Asset Management and site performance improvements
Champion best practice HSSE Management, UGL and Defence best practices across all sites in region
Based out of North Sydney with regular travel required to sites; predominately located near Sydney with some regional locations.
