Job Overview:

Site Operations Manager

The Site Operations Manager will lead and support site teams, ensuring compliance with safety policies, laws, and standards.

  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide weekly job reports and ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
  • Manage site remedial and protective coatings works, rate job terms, major service agreements, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance:
  • Lead and support site teams to meet safety benchmarks.
  • Conduct internal and external audits for quality and safety management.
Customer Service:
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service delivery.
Project Management:
  • Oversee job execution to meet quality, cost, safety, and performance benchmarks.
  • Make strategic and commercial decisions aligned with company goals.
Administration:
  • Prepare and submit timesheets, day sheets, and job setup documentation.

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in site services or project management within industrial or engineering sectors working on Asset Remediation & infrastructure projects.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
  • Strong knowledge of Protective Coatings & Concrete Remediation.
