Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Regulatory Operations Group as an Assistant Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational and strategic projects, business improvement initiatives, and education programs to support the division's compliance and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and strategic projects to improve business practices and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance the Official Receiver's statutory functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver education programs to support regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics to ensure regulatory objectives are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as Law, Accounting, Commerce, or Communications.
  • Proven experience in regulatory operations, insolvency, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
