The Policy Officer will be a key member of the Better Regulation Taskforce, contributing to building strong relationships across the public service, with business and the community to support delivery of the Government's regulatory reform program and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development, implementation, and coordination of key government regulatory reforms.
- Provide advice to the Minister for Government Services and Regulatory Reform regarding regulatory reform matters.
- Monitor and report on Directorates' progress towards implementing the Government's strategic regulatory reform objectives.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in law, economics, business, public administration or regulation are desirable.
