About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer high-quality information to external stakeholders in response to enquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive accurate and timely information.
  • Refer Complex Enquiries: Refer complex enquiries to relevant regulatory areas within the Department, ensuring that stakeholders receive the support they need.
  • Use Enquiry Management Technology: Utilise enquiry management technology to manage and log enquiries, ensuring that all interactions are tracked and recorded.
  • Identify Hot Issues: Assist in identifying hot issues and contributing to team process improvement projects, ensuring that the team is always working efficiently and effectively.
  • Chair/Minute Team Meetings: Chair and minute team meetings, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged.
  • Contribute to Team Goals: Contribute to team goals and broader organisational objectives by undertaking other tasks as required, ensuring that the team is always working towards a common goal.
Requirements
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs: Have experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to provide expert advice.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide high-quality information to external stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify hot issues and contribute to team process improvement projects.
  • Ability to Work in a Team: Be able to work in a team environment, with the ability to chair and minute team meetings and contribute to team goals.
