Prestige Motor Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Prestige Motor Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for underwriting motor policies and determining effective pricing and policy negotiation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-value and unique vehicles such as prestige cars, exotic models, and motorcycles. You will have the chance to develop your skills in intermediated distribution channels and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite motor policies and determine effective pricing/policy negotiation
  • Manage Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business opportunities to attain financial targets
  • Maintain and exceed service level standards
  • Follow best practices and uphold ethical and regulatory standards across the agency. Adhere to underwriting guidelines and target market determination.
  • Liaise with brokers and business partners at company functions and Industry events.
  • Have involvement in the Underwriter audit process
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Insurance in Underwriting/Broking/Motor Claims
  • Industry qualifications (minimum tier 2) or comparable industry experience
  • Strong customer service focus with experience in intermediated distribution channels desirable
  • Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and to use your own initiative.
  • An ability to foster strong Broker/Market relationships
  • Able to make intelligent and innovative business decisions with an appreciation and understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines
  • A data-driven mindset to uncover patterns, ask insightful questions, and transform information into meaningful actions to drive success
