We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Underwriter to join our organization. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a critical role in underwriting motor policies, determining effective pricing and policy negotiation, and managing renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite motor policies and determine effective pricing/policy negotiation.
  • Manage Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business opportunities to attain financial targets.
  • Maintain and exceed service level standards.
  • Follow best practices and uphold ethical and regulatory standards across the agency.
  • Liaise with brokers and business partners at company functions and Industry events.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Insurance in Underwriting/Broking/Motor Claims.
  • Industry qualifications (minimum tier 2) or comparable industry experience.
  • Strong customer service focus with experience in intermediated distribution channels desirable.
  • Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
