Funeral Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Location Manager to oversee our funeral services at two sites in Morphett Vale and Old Noarlunga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is well-known in the community, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding our company's culture and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide quality service to clients
- Manage operations, people, and finances for a high-volume location
- Drive profit objectives while maintaining outstanding customer service levels
- Provide sensitive and empathetic support to grieving families and individuals
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proven leadership and management experience in a funeral services or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
