About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Funeral Director's Assistant. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and their families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their families
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of funeral vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless funeral services and dignified care for the deceased
  • Oversee funeral proceedings and implement pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Professional attitude and empathetic approach towards people
  • Ability to work with grieving families and the deceased
  • Full unrestricted driver's license
