About the Role:

We are seeking a Funeral Director's Assistant to join our team at Ann Wilson Funerals. As a Funeral Director's Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our funeral services, engaging with grieving families, and ensuring the deceased are treated with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our funeral services by providing vehicle and transport services, ensuring vehicle presentation is at a high standard at all times.
  • Work collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.
  • Oversee proceedings on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.

About You:

  • You have a strong customer service ethos and a commitment to service delivery.
  • You possess a professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • You are at ease working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • You hold a full unrestricted driver's license.
