About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Arranger/Conductor. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate funeral services, ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and sensitivity.
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Implement funeral plans, directing the team and ensuring that all aspects of the service are carried out with professionalism and respect.
  • Prepare and coordinate all necessary documentation, including burial and cremation records.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for families.
  • Participate in day-to-day operational tasks, including attending funerals, transfers, and viewings.
