At the forefront of a rapidly changing business landscape, we're seeking an accomplished HR expert to drive impactful people initiatives and champion positive organisational change.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders, executing practical HR frameworks and change initiatives that directly impact our growth and performance. You'll be instrumental in simplifying HR processes, fostering talent, and spearheading innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance, succession planning, and talent management frameworks
  • Collaborate with leaders to execute strategic people initiatives and drive cultural transformation
  • Design and deliver engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences, harnessing expertise in adult education and training design
  • Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with specialist teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Support cyclical HR activities including remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives, and diversity equity and inclusion programs

As a seasoned HR professional, you'll possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You'll be a confident facilitator and effective communicator across all organisational levels, with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering within fast-paced environments

• Proven track record of delivering results-driven HR initiatives and driving organisational change

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills

• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
