  • Facilitate key people processes within the business unit, such as performance reviews, talent management, and succession planning, in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyse critical HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across business units.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, promoting adherence to internal standards and external legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to national HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support the broader business, driving innovation and consistency in HR service delivery.
