Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive growth across a portfolio by delivering excellent customer service and high service standards.

About the Role

In this key position, you will partner with an assigned network of Authorised Representatives to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and developing good working relationships with Authorised Representatives for repeat business.
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promoting and supporting Authorised Representatives and products & services to intermediaries.
  • Reviewing existing portfolios and recommending strategies for increased growth.
  • Working with Service Standards as agreed with Head of Distribution.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a BDM/Account Manager.
  • Outstanding Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to lead by influence with Brokers and Underwriters.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment by supporting and developing team members.
  • Product knowledge and understanding to engage intermediaries and fulfill growth opportunities.
