Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the loans portfolio and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring, analysing and reporting on portfolio performance, identifying trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. You will also design and implement strategies for portfolio growth and optimisation, focusing on risk-adjusted returns and customer life-time value.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5 years working experience in banking and financial industry (Loans experience desirable but other financial services product experience is suffice)
  • Previous experience in a portfolio management role is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes and drive customer behavioural change though campaign execution and/or capability build
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of customer drivers, behaviours and P&L
  • Good understanding of loan receivables and marketing platforms and processes
  • Strong business acumen and initiative management skills
  • Highly analytical with strong numeric sense
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
