Job Title: Portfolio Transformation Specialist

The role of a Portfolio Transformation Specialist is to drive the adoption of digital project management practices, ensuring effective governance of the portfolio and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate strategic meetings with senior stakeholders, preparing papers, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, demonstrating value in each interaction and maintaining stakeholder records.
  • Support the design and implementation of governance arrangements for the portfolio management team's oversight role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running effective project governance processes, building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
