The Geelong Clinic is a 73-bed inpatient mental health facility dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with mental health issues.



Job Summary

We are seeking a Group Facilitator to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver our 'Living Well' Day program. This program is designed for individuals experiencing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and other related mental illnesses.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the 'Living Well' Day program to a maximum of 12 participants on a full-day basis.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide ongoing support for patients post-discharge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of relapse prevention strategies.

Selection Criteria

Applicants must possess:



  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and registration as recognised in Victoria or by AHPRA.
  • Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
  • Experience in Group programs.
  • Excellent organisation and collaboration skills.
  • Evidence of the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
