About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator Team Lead to join our Talent and Culture team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support, development, and leadership to our team of facilitators in the delivery of ANZ Academy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery of ANZ Academy and LEAD@ANZ sessions.
  • Facilitate ANZ Academy and LEAD@ANZ sessions (approximately 50% time commitment).
  • Develop and support facilitators, including people leadership, hire and onboarding of new facilitators.
  • Design and implement Train-the-Trainer processes and programs.
  • Implement continuous feedback programs for facilitators to enhance performance.
  • Plan, build, and manage the ANZ facilitator community of practice.
  • Support ANZ Academy Program Lead to consult with key business stakeholders to ensure an appropriate balance of facilitation demand/supply.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Education, or equivalent significant relevant business experience.
  • Highly rated facilitation skills in delivering leadership and professional skills learning in large corporate organizations.
  • Utilization of virtual facilitation tools such as Microsoft Teams, online tools, and breakout rooms.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a training or learning and development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting internal business leaders, subject matter experts, or external vendors to co-facilitate a session.
  • Strong project management, commercial acumen, critical thinking, and consulting skills.
