About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Trainer/Facilitator to join our team on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery, and review of our compliance training programs.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective training content, organizing and facilitating regular project inductions, and collaborating with our Compliance Training Advisor to ensure alignment with project and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver microlearning modules that effectively translate EBTA procedures into engaging and easily understood content.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project inductions, ensuring alignment with project and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Training Advisor to ensure internal programs align with TNA compliance.
  • Develop a quarterly training schedule and assist in delivering emergency management and system process training.
  • Contribute to the development of EBTA internal VOC instruments and conduct VOC assessments for direct hire workforce.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a training role, with a strong track record in developing and delivering training material.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage training programs effectively.
  • Formal qualifications in Training and Assessment (TAE) are required.
  • Additional qualifications, such as Work at Heights and Confined Spaces and high-risk competencies, are desirable.
