Key Responsibilities

Lead the translation of the business strategy into a commercial strategy that delivers ambitious goals.

  • Formulate and deliver strategic plans for customer and commercial outcomes by working across multiple Business Units.
  • Provide thought leadership and process expertise in developing a competitive, world-class customer value proposition for the business.

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profit growth, including COEs such as Cost of Goods Management, Strategic Sourcing, Pricing & Value, and Commercial Trade Activation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes and ensure effective supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a Retail environment, including responsibility for delivery of targets, strategy creation, and implementation, along with leadership of support teams.

The successful candidate will also have proven experience in Category Management, consumer trends within retail, and leadership of large and diverse teams.
