Pricing and Performance Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Performance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-year strategic pricing plans to meet financial objectives
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for short-term tactical product and pricing initiatives
  • Mentor analysts and senior analysts to foster a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities and risks in product initiatives, developing optimization or mitigation strategies
  • Create clear, detailed commercial models to assess business impacts, including customer and financial effects
  • Analyze complex data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques
  • Prepare pricing strategy and performance presentations for review by senior leadership
  • Work with analytics, product, and sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends, influencing pricing strategies
  • Partner with the commercial finance team to understand financial impacts and trends
  • Maintain awareness of other products and pricing architectures within the organization
  • Coach colleagues to enhance commercial acumen and articulate price mechanics effectively
  • Stay informed on digital product and pricing trends, identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a product/pricing role
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience with digital performance and listings models
  • 7+ years relevant industry experience
  • Proven success in delivering commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in diverse settings and able to relate across levels
  • Proactive, curious, relationship builder with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment
