Client Onboarding Process Specialist

A vital component of our onboarding team, the Onboarding Business Analyst is responsible for defining and implementing efficient client onboarding processes.
">Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements for onboarding features and workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business objectives into clear, detailed requirements.
- Capture regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions and embed them in onboarding journeys.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure seamless communication.
- Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' onboarding workflows and maintain clear Confluence documentation.
- Analyze onboarding funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations backed by quantitative analysis and customer feedback.
- Experience in business analysis within FinTech, preferably with trading/investments knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows, writing user stories, and producing acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
