
Client Onboarding Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the end-to-end client onboarding experience, ensuring it is seamless, compliant and optimized for conversion.
Key responsibilities include requirements gathering & analysis, process mapping & documentation, data insights, delivery support, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure workflows are operationally efficient and documented.
Capturing regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions and embedding them in onboarding journeys is also essential. The analyst will facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for the product backlog.
Maintaining clear and up-to-date Confluence documentation is crucial. Analytical skills with experience using BI/data tools are required, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments and proficiency in Jira/Confluence and backlog management are highly valued.
About You- Experience in business analysis within FinTech, preferably with Trading/Investments knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows, writing user stories, and producing acceptance criteria.
- Analytical skills with experience using BI/data tools (e.g Tableau, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
