As a Hotel Porter, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery across various touchpoints.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm welcomes to guests, anticipating their needs and making tailored recommendations;">
  • Assisting with luggage, transportation, valet parking, and other guest requests;">
  • Collaborating closely with the front office team to fulfill guest requirements and exceed expectations;">
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the concierge desk;">

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment or equivalent setting;">
  • Valid open driver's license (ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles);">
  • Impeccable grooming and polished professional demeanor;">
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills;">
  • Able to lift heavy luggage and stand/walk for extended periods;">
  • Proactive attitude and ability to remain composed and courteous overnight;">
  • Availability to work overnight across a 7-day roster.">
