The hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our concierge team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of the hotel
  • Manage luggage handling and valet parking services
  • Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities
  • Promote and explain loyalty programs to guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the concierge team
  • Train and mentor new team members
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Concierge Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and services
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage when necessary
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
