About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Improvement Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process design, improvement and management.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading business process improvements, managing teams, and driving business growth. Your strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, IOP support, vendor management and purchasing will enable you to contribute significantly to our organization's success.

As a key member of the team, you will work on various projects including budgeting, IOP support, vendor management and purchasing/ordering. You will also be responsible for managing team workforce, Capex/Opex budget tracking, establishing communication channels, and facilitating change management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications, 5+ years of experience in a similar field, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills. Knowledge of technology industries is preferred, as well as detailed knowledge of SDLC / Agile / DevOps etc.
