Program Manager - Workforce Optimization

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced program manager to join our team. As a program manager, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our workforce management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the ongoing optimization of our workforce management platform to ensure it delivers value and meets business needs.
  • Manage product updates and releases, reviewing impacts, coordinating testing, and ensuring seamless rollouts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize workloads, capture requirements, and manage system change requests.
  • Oversee user adoption by developing training materials, guiding teams, and monitoring compliance across the business.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in program or project management, ideally with exposure to workforce management systems.
  • Ideal 12 months experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • A strong understanding of store operations and rostering, plus the ability to engage with frontline teams.
  • Experience in training facilitation, change management, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical detail and turn it into clear, practical guidance.
