As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in refining business processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Key responsibilities include crafting current-state and future-state business process models, system processes, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of current-state and future-state business process models, system processes, and data flows
  • Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, gaps (including compliance), and opportunities for improvement, and propose change requests and/or retrofits into process artefacts
  • Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business & system process steps and define the operating model and end-to-end processes
  • Create clear and accurate business process models using BPMN standard
  • Develop & maintain comprehensive business process documentation and traceability
  • Support downstream teams throughout solution development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Process Analyst, preferably in transformation programs, including As-Is and To-Be business and system process design
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Payroll and/or HCM functions, compliance, and best practices, with experience in HR and Finance/Payroll systems
  • Skilled in BPMN process modelling using tools like Visio or Signavio
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather and validate processes & requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on business process and analysis artifacts
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
  • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
