Business Systems Specialist

At our organization, we prioritize collaboration and innovation. We are seeking a Business Systems Specialist to optimize our systems, improve processes, and transform data into actionable insights.

  • Optimize and Manage Systems – Maintain the integrity and security of our technology infrastructure while driving improvements.
  • Unlock Data Insights – Structure and analyze data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Support Projects – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes, implement system changes, and manage risk.
  • Drive Automation and Integration – Streamline workflows by setting up and managing integrations.
  • Engage with Stakeholders – Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance our technology environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Tech and Systems Expertise – Experience with business systems, integrations, and automation.
  • Data and Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing processes.
  • Effective Communication – Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Project Support Experience – Comfortable managing small projects and supporting change initiatives.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like Bullhorn, HubSpot, Power BI, SQL Server, or BambooHR.
  • Background in recruitment or professional services.
  • Experience improving data quality and governance.

Location: South Yarra, VIC - hybrid working, predominantly office based
