About the Role

Our roastery is a vibrant hub where quality and passion converge. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Roastery Assistant. This full-time, fixed-term contract commences immediately.

  • Pack customer orders with precision and care for timely dispatch.
  • Develop entry-level roasting skills while mastering the art of packing high-quality coffee beans.
  • Navigate Sydney's roads efficiently, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional customer communication.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene standards in the roastery and warehouse environments.
  • Sustain daily operations by contributing to production efficiency and excellence.
Essential Requirements
  • A friendly demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • A valid driver's license (forklift license is an added advantage).
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or coffee-related roles is beneficial.
  • Tertiary qualifications in trade, technical, or mechanical fields are highly valued.
