Coffee Roaster Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Roaster to join our production team at Sydney. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate roasting and timely delivery of consistent flavors to satisfy customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roast coffee according to sensory profiles
  • Collaborate with other teams for smooth production workflow
  • Minimize wastage
  • Adhere to safety and quality protocols
  • Leverage expertise to learn about coffees, origins, roast profiles, and tastes through regular cupping sessions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate focus and ability to work without distractions
  • Show adaptability to repetitive tasks
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for learning coffee roasting techniques
  • Possess basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Maintain physical fitness to handle up to 24 kg lifts
  • Possess valid AU working rights with flexible working hours
