Companion Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Companion Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Companion Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and domestic care to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • Passion for respectfully caring for and empowering people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further educational opportunities

Preferred Skills:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Medication Endorsement (preferred)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Aged Care
