About Your RoleOur mission is to provide high-quality care and support to older adults, enabling them to live independently for as long as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Provide transportation to appointments and shopping, promoting independence and mobility.
- Offer social support and respite to family members and carers, providing relief and peace of mind.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Reliability and flexibility, with a commitment to meeting client needs.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, with a willingness to complete additional training if required.
We provide a competitive hourly rate, Km reimbursement (99c per Km), paid travel time, and access to non-profit tax benefits. You will also enjoy Fitness Passport discounted gym benefits, Paid Parental leave, Long Service leave after 5 years, and an additional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers.
