Care Professional - Resident Life Enricher

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Resident Life Enricher. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction, emotional well-being, and cognitive stimulation for residents.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes, outings, and personal care, while providing emotional support and empathy.
  • Gather feedback from residents and their families to continually improve activity programming and services.
  • Collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support (or willingness to complete).
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one).
  • Australian driver's licence.
  • Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting.
