
Medical Workforce Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical workforce coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to the functions that support the medical workforce unit.
The medical workforce coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our medical workforce. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating education, rostering, and on-boarding for local health districts
- Supporting the delivery of clinical services across the hospital and liaising with key stakeholders at the hospital, NSW Health and other related entities
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant equivalent work experience, ideally in a medical workforce or hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the medical workforce unit manager and team members
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and learn quickly, whilst in an ever-changing environment which requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Proven ability to manage workload in a high-volume environment, with competing priorities, requiring high-level analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to liaise with and build rapport with a diverse range of staff whilst maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
