Job Title: Medical Workforce Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and organized administrative professional to support our recruitment, rostering, and general administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support for recruitment and rostering activities within allocated resources.
- Assist with recruitment processes and visa/registration procedures for international medical graduates.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and refer information as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Relevant qualifications in administration or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to work independently, and learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and teams.
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or rostering systems.
