  • Ensure accurate payroll processing in accordance with relevant industrial awards, legislative requirements, and district policies
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving administrative efficiency
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and sustainable work environment for trainee psychiatrists

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial equivalent work experience in medical workforce administration and management or human resources
  • Demonstrated experience in medical workforce management and/or understanding of the NSW hospital medical workforce structure
  • High level knowledge of prevocational network governance and management and other relevant agencies
