Partner with senior business leaders to develop comprehensive hiring strategies, aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals.
Collaborate in building a strong employer brand, advising stakeholders on recruitment decisions and providing essential insights.
Lead team deliverables in hiring, talent development, appraisals, growth, and overall team well-being.
Establish robust talent pipelines for current and future job openings, coordinating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
Plan and execute interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Source potential candidates through online channels and develop a network of potential future hires.
Measure key recruitment metrics, such as source-of-hire and time-to-hire.
Ensure seamless candidate experiences across all stages.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Analyze metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, and negotiation.
Experience working closely with leadership teams and stakeholders.
Strong ability to execute recruitment strategies.
High standards for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.
Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
Proficiency in social media and job boards.
