Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full time Warranty & Quality Administrator to join our Quality Team in Rutherford, Hunter Valley. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments and functions across Australia to ensure that Warranty Claims are processed and adjudicated in line with contractual terms and conditions. This role is also responsible for administrating our ISO9001 accredited Quality system using a variety of integrated software.
Key Job Responsibilities
Registering and processing warranty claims using Salesforce and SAP
Processing Customer Retrofit orders
Interfacing with key internal stakeholders across regional and global functions
Preparing and distributing both internal and external quality performance reports to customers, management, and internal stakeholders
Administering and maintaining business documentation, nonconformance and corrective action via the Company's internal software.
Continuously improving Warranty and Quality processes and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements
Previous experience within administration with administrative qualifications.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with Salesforce, SAP and Share Point experience highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills with the ability to work with multiple parties across departments to achieve an objective.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for process improvement.
Previous experience in Heavy Engineering and / or a Quality related role would be desired but not essential.
