Job Title: Client Success Expert
Account Manager, Customer AdvocateThis is an ideal role for someone with a passion for client satisfaction and the ability to grow alongside our team. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field is preferred.
- Establish and manage client accounts by creating customized searches and providing exceptional service;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by communicating effectively and advocating on their behalf;
- Educate clients through training sessions, both virtual and in-person;
- Cultivate feedback from clients and collaborate with our team to implement improvements;
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and leverage that knowledge to enhance client relationships;
- Prepare and deliver reports, summaries, and other materials as needed.
Our team will provide the necessary training to ensure your success in this role.
