Job Title: Client Success Expert

Account Manager, Customer Advocate

This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for client satisfaction and the ability to grow alongside our team. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field is preferred.

  • Establish and manage client accounts by creating customized searches and providing exceptional service;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by communicating effectively and advocating on their behalf;
  • Educate clients through training sessions, both virtual and in-person;
  • Cultivate feedback from clients and collaborate with our team to implement improvements;
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and leverage that knowledge to enhance client relationships;
  • Prepare and deliver reports, summaries, and other materials as needed.
